My Voice
Multi-protocol SIP front end
Overview
Azur Soft's multi-protocol front end alarm reception software, connected to an SIP access, receives events from transmitters communicating on SIP, PSTN or ISDN networks My Voice is the twin brother of the Securix frontend, from which it inherits the protocols and functionalities. Principally connected to the Horus alarm supervision system, My Voice can also be connected to third party supervision systems.
Principal functionalities
- Alarm management in multi-protocol (all protocols are delivered) - Downloading of parameters to the alarm control units - Cyclic test (automatic monitoring of the alarm central) - Telephone (incoming and outgoing calls, intercom, discreet listening and tele-interpreters) - Recording of telephone conversations (accessible from the Horus operator station) - Voice server (automate the exchanges between the caller and the monitoring center to relieve the workload of the operators) - Voice synthesis and speech recognition (on a NUANCE engine)
Disappearance of RTC, migration to SIP
Compatible with PSTN and ISDN networks by connection to Gateway to anticipate and control the migration of reception on old generation networks.
Scalable in capacity and functionalities
MY VOICE's reception capacities and functionalities evolve in line with the needs that emerge from each operation, and allow the center to control its investments. Additional modules can be implemented without jeopardizing the initial investment of the center.
Key Benefits
SIP - Protocol for Data, Voice and Video Multi-protocol PSTN/ISDN compatibility
How it Works
Telephone Integration
Ideally, and in order to optimize the center's costs and business processes, My Voice is connected to the center's telephone system (CTI).
Flexibility
The software is hosted by a dedicated physical or virtualized server, and is compatible with redundant architectures, locally or remotely.
Full Web Administration
My Voice is equipped with a "full web" technical console that allows you to administer the front end (configure settings and protocols, consult the history recording feed, manage the "blacklist", etc.)
